Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise daily store operations, ensuring smooth workflow and operational efficiency
- Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, and merchandising to maximize sales potential
- Oversee customer service interactions, resolving issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction
- Cash handling, POS (Point of Sale) systems management, and bookkeeping tasks with accuracy
- Implement sales strategies and marketing initiatives to boost store performance and meet targets
- Monitor sales performance, and ensure compliance with company policies
Experience
- Proven management experience in retail store leadership or supervisory roles within the retail industry
- Demonstrated success in sales management, inventory management, and operational oversight
- Familiarity with POS systems (preferably lightspeed), cash handling procedures, pricing strategies and basic math for financial transactions
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish
- Retail sales experience is essential
- Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.

Pay: $720.00 - $840.00 per week
