Remote Position | South Florida Territory
We are seeking a motivated, bilingual Remote Sales Representative to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone located in the Miami/South Florida area who is fluent in both English and Spanish and excels at building relationships, generating new business, and closing sales.
Position Summary
The Remote Sales Representative will be responsible for prospecting, developing new customer relationships, following up on leads, and driving revenue growth throughout the South Florida market. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, highly organized, and comfortable working independently while maintaining consistent communication with management.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business through outbound calls, networking, referrals, and prospecting.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with residential and commercial customers.
- Follow up on inbound leads and sales opportunities promptly.
- Present products and services to prospective clients.
- Prepare and deliver quotes and proposals.
- Negotiate and close sales while meeting monthly revenue goals.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Conduct virtual and occasional in-person meetings within the South Florida market.
- Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Track and report sales performance metrics.
- Maintain a strong understanding of company products, services, and industry trends.
Qualifications
- Fluent in Spanish and English (required).
- Previous sales experience preferred.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Comfortable using CRM software, email, and G-Suite.
- Reliable internet connection and dedicated home office workspace.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local meetings when necessary.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in HVAC, construction, home services, or related industries.
- Existing network within the Miami-Dade, Broward, or Palm Beach markets.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
