Schedule: 8 am - 6:30 pm on Saturdays, 9 AM - 3 PM on Sundays, Tuesdays-Thursday, 2 PM to 8 PM

About Us
McLean Neuropsychiatric Treatment Center is a specialty mental health clinic focused on offering hope to people struggling with depression, especially treatment-resistant depression (TRD). We use advanced therapies such as Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) and esketamine (Spravato®) in a setting that combines rigorous science with deep compassion for our patients.
About the Role
We are seeking a dependable, empathetic Mental Health Technician to join our team. This role is ideal for someone interested in direct patient care, with strong attention to detail and a genuine interest in mental health. Training will be provided.
What You’ll Do
- Administer and document Spravato treatments, including REMS compliance paperwork.
- Administer and document TMS treatments following established clinical protocols.
- Monitor patients during treatments, provide support, and report any concerns to supervising clinicians.
- Perform basic front desk and administrative tasks as needed (greeting patients, phones, scheduling).
- Collaborate with a team of psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, technicians, and administrative staff in delivering high-quality patient care.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred; psychology, neuroscience, or related fields a plus).
- Interest in mental health and patient care.
- Strong professionalism and communication skills. Able to support patients with warmth and empathy.
- Attention to detail, reliability, and ability to follow protocols.
- Flexible team player who can pitch in where needed.
