Connect Rentals is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will assist customers with equipment rentals, prepare quotes and contracts, coordinate with operations, and help keep daily processes running smoothly. We are seeking someone who is organized, professional, and willing to jump in wherever needed to serve our customers and support the team.
Assist customers by phone, email, and in person with equipment rental needs
Prepare quotes, reservations, and rental contracts accurately and promptly
Follow up on leads, quotes, and customer inquiries
Build and maintain positive relationships with new and existing customers
Coordinate with the operations team regarding equipment availability, delivery, pickup, and customer needs
Assist with loading and unloading equipment for customers
Help out where needed to keep work moving and customers taken care of
Process transactions and maintain accurate customer and rental information in company systems
Help resolve customer questions or concerns in a professional and timely manner
Maintain knowledge of company equipment, rental procedures, and pricing
Work well with team members and assist others when needed
Perform all other duties as assigned by management in a professional and efficient manner
Previous inside sales, customer service, rental industry, or related experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to work as part of a team and step in wherever needed
Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn company systems
Must pass pre-employment drug test & Background Screening
