The Enrollment Coordinator must be able to work across both non-sectarian and Christian school environments.
About the Role
We are seeking a warm, organized, and detail-oriented Enrollment Coordinator to serve as the first point of connection for families.
This role is responsible for:

Guiding families through the enrollment process

Managing enrollment systems and billing

Ensuring a smooth, professional, and welcoming experience
This is not a sales role—it is a relationship-centered role grounded in trust, communication, and care.
Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary contact for prospective families from inquiry through enrollment

Respond to phone, email, and online inquiries with professionalism and warmth

Manage enrollment pipeline, follow-ups, and onboarding
-
Coordinate school tours and ensure environments are tour-ready

Manage enrollment data and billing systems (Procare)

Set up tuition accounts and ensure billing accuracy and timeliness

Prepare weekly enrollment and capacity reports

Maintain organized, accurate records and systems

Support front office operations and serve as a welcoming presence

Experience in enrollment, admissions, administration, or customer-facing roles

Reliable and consistent attendance
Experience with Procare or similar systems is a plus.
