Otto Instrument Service, Inc. is looking for a Material Control Clerk.
DUTIES:
Stocks material, in an efficient and timely manner, in accurate quantities to support production requirements. Disburses and delivers material, in an efficient and timely manner, in accurate quantities to support production requirements. Interfaces with accounting to resolve problems relevant to receipt of hardware and verification of quantity. Interface with various departments to resolve problems with timely disbursements, rejections, etc. Implements continuous improvement in assigned tasks. Follows up with internal customers regarding disbursements, rejections, etc. Maintain records and files as needed. Maintain inventory control procedures. Assists in developing minimum inventory on hand to support repair shops Education/Experience: High school diploma required, two-year (Associate) or four-year (Bachelor) college degree and 2-5 years in material control within the Aviation business desireable. Strong verbal and oral communication and organizational skills required. Strong PC skills with word processing, spreadsheets, and graphs.
