About the Role:
Prepare and cook a variety of meals for our residents and patients, ensuring that all dishes meet our high standards of quality and presentation
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to all safety and sanitation regulations
Collaborate with our dietary team to develop menus and recipes that cater to our residents' diverse tastes and dietary needs
Monitor inventory and order supplies to ensure efficient meal production
Develop and maintain effective relationships with our residents, patients, and colleagues to ensure a positive dining experience
Responsibilities:
Prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner meals for our residents and patients
Maintain accurate inventory records and order supplies as needed
Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment and utensils
Participate in menu planning and recipe development
Ensure compliance with all safety and sanitation regulations
