Stevens Realty, a property management company, is seeking an experienced Internet Cable Technician to support residential properties with installation, diagnostics, repairs, and troubleshooting. Work is assigned based on tenant service requests and approved work orders.
Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain internet and cable systems
- Diagnose and troubleshoot connectivity and signal issues
- Run, terminate, and test coaxial and Ethernet (Cat5/Cat6) cabling
- Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards
- Communicate job completion, findings, and updates clearly
Requirements:
- Experience as an Internet/Cable Technician
- Strong knowledge of coaxial, Cat5, and Cat6 cabling
- Must have own tools and equipment
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and complete jobs efficiently
Compensation:
- Starting rate: $18–$20/hour (based on experience and scope of work)
