YOU MUST HAVE
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or quality environment
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Experience with inspection tools and measurement systems
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, quality systems software)

WE VALUE
- College degree or technical certification in Quality, Manufacturing, or related field preferred
- Basic knowledge of quality systems and standards (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, etc.)
- Experience with statistical process control (SPC) and data analysis
- Familiarity with Lean manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies
- Experience with SAP
- Knowledge of quality management systems (QMS)
Certification such as ASQ Certified Quality Technician (CQT)

The annual base salary range for this position is $49,500 to $61,800. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
