Job Overview
EverBridge Mobility is seeking dependable, safety-focused drivers to join our growing transportation network in Washington. In this role, drivers will provide safe, reliable, and compassionate transportation services for students and individuals with specialized transportation needs.
The ideal candidate is responsible, patient, professional, and committed to creating a positive experience for every passenger. Drivers will play an important role in helping families and communities access reliable transportation while maintaining the highest standards of safety and care.
Duties
- Safely transport passengers to and from scheduled destinations while following all safety guidelines and transportation requirements.
- Provide a professional, respectful, and supportive experience for passengers and families.
- Follow assigned routes and schedules while maintaining punctuality and reliability.
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report any safety concerns or maintenance issues.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable vehicle environment.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch teams regarding trip updates, delays, or concerns.
- Follow all company policies, transportation regulations, and partner requirements.
- Assist passengers with entering and exiting the vehicle when needed.
- Maintain accurate trip information and documentation.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
- Minimum driving experience required.
- Reliable transportation that meets company and partner requirements.
- Ability to pass required background checks and safety screenings.
- Strong communication skills and professionalism.
- Comfortable working with students, families, and individuals with diverse needs.
- Dependable, patient, and safety-oriented mindset.
- Ability to use mobile applications for trip management and communication.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in transportation, caregiving, education, healthcare, or customer service.
- Experience working with children, seniors, or individuals with disabilities.
- Previous experience providing transportation services.
You can work from multiple locations in WA. Including Lynnwood, Everett, Marysville, Seattle, Tacoma, Renton, Kent, Bellevue.
