Preferred requirements for position: Valid Driver’s license with clean driving record; respectful, courteous and professional; punctual and organized with a strong work ethic and positive attitude; excellent customer service skills. (No requirement needed, we can provide on the job training)
Responsibilities would include (but not be limited to): Conducting routine inspections of premises and equipment: performing preventative maintenance; diagnosing mechanical issues and correcting them; repairing machines, equipment and structures as necessary (some knowledge is beneficial)
Maintenance/Service Technician requirements: Proven maintenance experience a plus; High School diploma or general education degree (GED); skilled in the use of hand and power tools; ability to take apart machines, equipment and devices to remove and replace defective parts; ability to use common tools such as hammers, hoists, saws, drills and wrenches; experience performing routine maintenance ( some knowledge beneficial); strong organizational and follow up skills; eye for detail; professional presentation and attitude; ability to maintain focus while working individually; strong time management skills.
