Fabrication Floater
Location: Northeast Ohio
Schedule: Full-time | 1st Shift |7:00am-3:30pm
We are seeking a reliable and versatile Fabrication Floater to join our team. This full-time position supports various aspects of the fabrication process. The ideal candidate is adaptable, safety-conscious, and committed to maintaining productivity and quality standards.

Responsibilities
- Operate handheld grinders for finishing and surface preparation
- Operate Press Brake to form metal parts accurately (willing to train) - Set-up a plus
- Operate horizontal saw for precise material cutting
- Load/Unload parts in the welding robot
- Mig welding (preferred but not required)
- Debur parts to ensure smooth surfaces
- Maintain consistent daily attendance
- Keep a clean, organized and safe work environment

Requirements
- Stable work history and strong attendance
- Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
- Willingness to assist in multiple areas of the shop as needed
- Manufacturing Environment minimum of 1 year
Physical Requirements
Must be able to handle moving components weighing up to 50 lbs.
