Provide executive operational oversight for a portfolio of assisted living communities.
Partner closely with Executive Directors to establish strategic priorities, operational goals, and measurable performance outcomes.
Serve as the primary operational liaison between Health Dimensions Group, ownership groups, Boards, shareholders, and community leadership.
Drive accountability while fostering a culture centered on collaboration, continuous improvement, and exceptional resident care.
Participate in Board meetings, executive committees, and leadership discussions while presenting operational performance, strategic initiatives, and organizational priorities.
Champion Health Dimensions Group's Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) to strengthen focus, communication, and organizational execution.
Provide executive oversight of community budgets, financial performance, operational metrics, and long-term business planning.
Monitor key performance indicators including census, budget performance, quality measures, staffing, regulatory compliance, survey outcomes, CMS Star Ratings, and financial performance.
Identify operational trends and opportunities while implementing sustainable performance improvement initiatives.
Lead turnaround efforts for underperforming communities through strategic planning, coaching, and operational support.
Develop systems and processes that improve efficiency, consistency, and overall organizational performance.
Recruit, coach, mentor, and develop Executive Directors and operational leadership teams.
Foster a culture of accountability, engagement, transparency, and professional growth.
Partner with People & Culture on succession planning, leadership development, recruitment, and retention strategies.
Support community leaders through coaching, problem-solving, and ongoing professional development.
Create high-performing teams that consistently deliver exceptional resident, employee, and client experiences.
Ensure communities maintain compliance with federal, state, and organizational regulations.
Partner closely with Quality, Clinical, Finance, Sales, and other corporate departments to align operational priorities.
Present operational performance, financial results, and strategic initiatives to executive leadership, ownership groups, and Boards.
Promote consistent communication and collaboration across communities and corporate leadership.
Support continuous quality improvement through data-driven decision making and operational best practices.
Partner with executive leadership on acquisitions, new management opportunities, and organizational growth initiatives.
Assist with operational transitions, onboarding of newly managed communities, and integration of organizational systems.
Build trusted relationships with ownership groups, clients, industry partners, and community stakeholders.
Represent Health Dimensions Group at industry events, conferences, and professional meetings while promoting our mission and values.
This is a fully remote, home-based position supporting a portfolio of senior living (Assisted Living) communities throughout Minnesota and Iowa. While you'll enjoy the flexibility of working remotely when not traveling, this role requires up to 80% travel, including frequent day travel and overnight stays based on community and organizational needs. We're seeking a leader who enjoys being present in communities, building relationships, and providing hands-on operational support where it's needed most.

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field required. Master's degree preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience within senior living.
Proven success leading multi-site operations with full operational and financial accountability.
Experience leading organizational turnarounds, operational improvement initiatives, and executive leadership development.
Strong understanding of senior living operations, healthcare regulations, financial management, and organizational performance.
Experience overseeing budgets, operational metrics, quality outcomes, compliance, and strategic planning.
Demonstrated success implementing operational improvements and driving measurable organizational results.
Strong financial acumen with the ability to analyze data and translate insights into action.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and operational reporting systems.
Exceptional leadership, coaching, and mentoring abilities.
Executive presence with outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
Strong strategic thinking, analytical abilities, and decision-making skills.
