Are you an experienced sales professional ready to step into a leadership role? We're looking for a motivated Sales Team Lead to coach, support, and lead our Inside Sales team in a fast-paced office environment. If you're a strong communicator who enjoys helping others succeed, we'd love to meet you.
Location: Amherst, NY (In Person)
Schedule:
- Full-time
- Flexible scheduling
- Core hours: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–7:00 PM
Pay
- Starting at $18.00 per hour
- Paid training
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team of Inside Sales Representatives
- Coach employees on communication and appointment-setting techniques
- Monitor daily performance and help the team meet goals
- Train and onboard new team members
- Foster a positive, professional, and team-oriented work environment
- Work closely with management to improve team performance
- Lead by example through professionalism and strong communication
Qualifications
- Previous sales, customer service, or call center experience preferred
- Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, organized, and goal-oriented
- Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
