Help Keep Hilltop School Safe, Clean, and Ready for Children Every Day
At Hilltop School, a clean and safe environment doesn't happen by accident—it happens because of dedicated people who take pride in their work. As our Custodian / Facilities Assistant, you'll play a vital role in creating a healthy, welcoming space where children can learn, families feel confident, and teachers can focus on what they do best.
Every classroom you prepare, every floor you clean, every safety inspection you complete, and every walkway you clear helps create an environment where children can thrive. While this position works primarily behind the scenes, it is one of the most important roles in our school.
Hilltop School has proudly served children and families in the Bangor community for over 50 years. While we may not have the newest building, what truly sets us apart is the people inside it. We are a close-knit, nonprofit early childhood program where every employee contributes to creating an exceptional experience for children, families, and one another.
