Join our team as a Carpet Cleaning Technician and help deliver a cleaner, healthier home experience for our customers. As a technician, you will provide professional carpet, upholstery, and tile cleaning services using Chem-Dry’s advanced cleaning equipment and solutions. This role requires excellent customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while representing the company in customers’ homes and businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform carpet, upholstery, rug, and tile cleaning services using Chem-Dry equipment and cleaning solutions
- Inspect carpets and surfaces to determine the best cleaning method
- Explain services and recommendations to customers in a friendly, professional manner
- Set up and operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment
- Ensure high-quality results and customer satisfaction on every job
- Upsell additional services when appropriate
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift and move equipment
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Previous carpet cleaning or restoration experience is a plus but not required
