Youhas Trucking is hiring experienced CDL-A drivers for consistent regional dry van freight. We are a growing operation focused on keeping drivers moving, maximizing miles, and maintaining direct communication between drivers and dispatch.
We are a smaller company environment without the mega-carrier runaround. We are family-owned and oriented, meaning no more than 2 layovers a week.

Pay & Earning Potential
- $0.58–$0.88 CPM (Starting at $.58, $.63 after 6 months, and $.68 after 1 year, $.88 on certain routes)
- Additional pay for stop, detention, layovers, and backhaul
- $1,200–$1,800+ weekly earning potential based on miles and availability
- $60,000–$90,000+ annual earning potential
Schedule
Dedicated routes offer 1–3 days off per week. Non-dedicated freight is available daily — flexible drivers earn the most miles and highest pay. Weekend availability is needed to maximize earning potential.
Responsibilities
- Run regional dry van routes
- Complete logs and submit load paperwork electronically
- Communicate effectively with dispatch
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and report issues
- Follow DOT and company regulations
- Represent the company professionally with customers
Requirements
- Valid CDL-A license
- Minimum 2 years of Class A driving experience
- Experience with 53’ trailers
- Ability to operate automatic and manual transmissions
- Reliable attendance and communication
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Samsara ELD systems
- Professional and customer-focused attitude
