Come and join our Edge One Team as a Service Technician for our Mandan, North Dakota location. This position is responsible for the installation, maintenance, repair, and support of financial equipment and related systems for banking and financial institution customers. This role combines field service, technical troubleshooting, equipment repair, rigging, and installation responsibilities.
Schedule and Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
Job Duties: The successful candidate will perform preventative maintenance, diagnostics, repairs, and software support on ATMs, Interactive Teller Machines (ITMs), Teller Cash Recyclers (TCRs), coin counters, currency counters and sorters, document scanners, and related financial equipment. In addition, this position is responsible for transporting, rigging, moving, and installing heavy banking equipment including ATMs, under-counter steel, pneumatic tube systems, safes, and related branch equipment. This position requires a mechanically inclined individual with experience in electronics, computer hardware, equipment repair, construction, or related technical trades.
Skills and Qualifications For a Service Tech:
1.1. Must be able to drive a vehicle, day and night, and pass an annual driving test.
2. Able to pass a non-DOT drug screening test.
3. Must be able to lift 50-200 pounds on a regular basis.
4. Must be able to reach, bend, stoop, squat and twist in various positions while servicing equipment.
5. Must be able to read and understand written product manuals and apply that knowledge in servicing related equipment within guidelines.
6. Must have and maintain a clean driving record and be insurable.
7. Must be able to demonstrate ability to work well in a team environment, displaying a strong work ethic and integrity.
8. Technical school, vocational training, military technical training, or equivalent work experience preferred.
9. Minimum 2 years of experience in field service, electronics repair, ATM service, computer repair, electromechanical equipment repair, or related technical field preferred.
10. Experience troubleshooting computer hardware, networking, software, or electronic systems preferred.
11. Experience with ATM, ITM, TCR, cash handling equipment, coin processing equipment, or related banking technology is highly desirable.
12. Construction, rigging, moving, installation, or equipment relocation experience preferred.
13. Ability to read wiring diagrams, service manuals, and technical documentation.
14. Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
15. Ability to pass background screening and drug testing requirements.

Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour
