Job Summary:
Spillane's Nursery and Landscape is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our Landscape Maintenance Division. This position is responsible for the quality and production of the maintenance sites and the crew members working on those sites. This role offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your sales skills and experience in sales to drive business growth and customer base. This candidate will be heavily involved in assisting crew members on assigned landscape maintenance sites to ensure the clients contractual needs are met.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of existing accounts and develop strategic account plans to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction.
- Utilize warm calling techniques to initiate conversations with potential clients and establish connections.
- Manage crews to operate within labor hours on each site while achieving the desired goal.
- Write up enhancement proposals and sell enhancement work at the customers request or as seen fit.
- Maintain existing relations with property management companies and create more relationships.
Experience:
- Proven experience in account management preferred.
- A track record of success with in field landscape construction or maintenance for a minimum of 3 years.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and internal company members.
- Experience with bidding future jobs and writing up proposals.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
