Job Summary:

Duties:
- Conduct individual, family, and couplestherapy sessions
- Develop treatment plans tailored to each client's needs
- Provide crisis intervention and management when necessary
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Utilize medical terminology effectively in documentation
- Offer counseling for addiction, chronic pain, child-family issues, and other specialized areas
- Implement applied behavior analysis techniques for clients with autism spectrum disorders
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field
- State licensure as a Clinical Therapist
- Proficiency in various therapeutic modalities and interventions
- Strong understanding of therapy techniques and principles
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ethical guidelines
- Experience in crisis management and intervention
- Ability to work effectively with diverse populations and age groups
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Skills:
- Specialization in addiction counseling or chronic pain management
- Experience in child-family counseling
- Familiarity with applied behavior analysis for individuals with autism spectrum disorders
