Salary: $31.35 - $42.40 per hour
How you'll make an impact in this role:
Drive Quality Assurance: Conduct regular, structured audits of coding records in alignment with our system compliance plan to ensure top-tier accuracy and documentation standards.
Translate Data into Insights: Prepare and deliver clear, actionable audit reports to key stakeholders, turning complex findings into constructive feedback.
Lead Continuous Improvement: Develop proactive corrective action plans to address gaps and elevate overall coding, billing, and documentation practices.
Empower & Educate: Spot industry trends and internal opportunities to design, prepare, and deliver engaging virtual educational programs for our coding staff.
Mitigate Risk: Assist in managing and refining our auditing and monitoring programs, proactively targeting high-risk compliance areas to keep our operations secure and compliant.
What minimum qualifications you'll need:
Education:

High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate's degree, or Technical degree required.
Work Experience:
-
1 year of experience required.
What additional requirements you'll need:
- Experience in medical coding and prior authorizations.

Ability and willingness to travel across multiple sites in Florida.
