Duties
- Conduct outside sales activities to generate leads and close sales in the Roofing, Windows and Solar market.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients through excellent customer service and follow-up.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to secure favorable terms.
- Provide detailed information on products and services to educate customers on their benefits.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to identify target markets and develop effective sales strategies.
- Track sales metrics and report on performance regularly to management.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in solar or energy-related fields.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence others.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable for engaging diverse customer bases.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
- Ability to work independently in an outside sales environment while managing time effectively.
- Familiarity with door-to-door sales techniques is a plus.
- A strong understanding of market dynamics within the energy sector is beneficial.
