Executive Assistant (On-Site, Northampton Area)
Full-Time | Approx. 3-Month Assignment (Potential for Extension)
Starting July 28 | $25-$28/hour DOE
A respected educational organization is seeking an experienced
Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to a senior executive and leadership team during a leave of absence. This is an excellent opportunity for a polished, resourceful professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, exercises sound judgment, and enjoys keeping busy executives organized and on track.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a complex executive calendar, scheduling meetings and prioritizing competing requests
- Coordinate meeting logistics, including agendas, materials, Zoom setup, room reservations, and catering
- Arrange travel, process expense reports, and prepare daily briefing materials
- Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming requests, exercising discretion and sound judgment
- Support additional senior leaders with scheduling and administrative coordination
- Assist with special projects, conferences, events, and committee meetings
- Monitor phones, voicemail, email, office supplies, and general office operations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- At least 2 years of administrative experience supporting senior or executive-level leadership
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a high level of professionalism
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Independent, proactive problem solver who takes initiative and anticipates needs
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and Zoom
