Position: Assembly Worker - Contract
Location: Roseville, MN
Hours: Flexible (minimum 34-40 hours per week required; some weekends available)
Duration : 3-4 Months

Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated Assembly Worker to join our team immediately on a contract basis. This role involves kitting products, simple assembly and packaging. Ideal candidates will have experience with hand drills, tape gun, strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle a variety of tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble corrugated cardboard trays, packing them with product
- Assemble or modify products to be used as display units
- Packaging (Taping/Forming/Labeling cardboard shipping boxes)
- Perform tasks that may require standing for extended periods
- Adapt to different tasks and work requirements as needed
Qualifications:
- High attention to detail
- Ability to switch between tasks efficiently
- Comfortable standing for long periods
- Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs
- Experience with hand drills preferred but not required
- Ability to work safely and maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Willingness to start immediately, including on weekends and holidays
