Intro
At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Sitdown Forklift Operator to work with a leading company in the logistics sector in El Paso. This role is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of sitdown forklifts to move, stack, and organize materials within a warehouse environment. You will be loading and unloading freight, replenishing picking zones, and maintaining accurate inventory counts while adhering to all safety and compliance protocols.
Shift Patterns

Monday to Saturday 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM
Pay Rates
Must-have requirements

Possess at least 1–2 years of continuous experience operating a sitdown forklift in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.

Maintain a valid OSHA forklift certification or successfully pass the facility’s practical operator evaluation.
Desirable requirements

Operate propane or electric sitdown forklifts to transport pallets and finished goods safely throughout the facility.

Demonstrate strong spatial awareness to navigate equipment safely in high-traffic warehouse areas.

Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure consistent compliance with facility safety standards.
