Assembly Technician *Must have rib wing build experience*
Job Description
- Gather necessary component parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials.
- Operate hand tools to install fasteners, bushings, rivets, and nut plates.
- Position and secure components per print.
- Verify specification by measuring completed components.
- Ability to drill and countersink holes for installation of riveted nut plates, ground studs, bolts and fasteners
- Bushing and bearing installation to include swaging and staking
- Mixing and application of aircraft sealants, mixes, resins and protective coating
- Assure quality conformance to company and customer requirements and specifications
- Ability to read blueprints and follow customer specifications
- Inspect own work
- Attend Department and Company Meetings.
- Perform all duties in accordance with Dynamic NC Quality Management System and Safety standards, using situation-appropriate tools and protective equipment as applicable.
- This position will be responsible for the assembly of clips and brackets.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- High school diploma / GED.
- 1-2 years of previous experience, preferred.
- Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Organized, focused, and results-oriented.
- Excellent problem solving and prioritizing ability
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products: Outlook, Word, Excel.
- Ability to read and interpret aerospace bill of materials, engineering drawings, customer specifications and instructions.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining good quality work. Must be a self-started and willing to work overtime with minimal notice.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Some weekends required.
- Candidate must have Rib Wing build experience.
