Units: 144
Salary: $22.00 per hour (Subject to adjustment for onsite living)

The Oaks of Spring Valley Apartments is hiring an experienced Assistant Manager to help oversee the day-to-day operations of our 144-unit residential apartment community located in Altamonte Springs, FL.
The ideal candidate will have prior knowledge in residential property management. Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare market surveys
-
Outreach marketing and updating online ads
-
All leasing functions including evictions and move ins
-
Various reporting responsibilities

Processing security deposit refunds
-
Accounts receivable duties including collectionprocessing of rent income

Send former tenants past due accounts for collection

Resident event planning
-
Upkeep with the property's social media accounts
Skills:

Property management experience
-
Excellent communication skills
-
Competency in MS Office and relevant databases and software

MRI experience preferred

Well-versed in marketing and sales techniques

Customer-focused approach

Comply with all state and federal fair housing trainings
