About the Role
We are seeking a dependable CNC Bender to join a growing manufacturing team in Neenah. This direct hire opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys precision work, operating CNC and manual tube bending equipment, and producing high-quality tube assemblies.
In this role, you'll bend stainless and carbon steel tubing, interpret blueprints, use precision measuring tools, and support assembly while maintaining quality and production standards.
Key Responsibilities
· Operate CNC and manual tube bending equipment for stainless and carbon steel tubing
· Bend tubing to specification using MIIC/3RC or similar tube bending equipment
· Interpret blueprints and written work instructions
· Assemble products and prepare completed orders for shipment
· Use assembly tools, fixtures, and equipment safely
· Identify and select correct tube material from the tube yard
· Support electromechanical assembly involving pneumatics and hydraulics
· Inspect finished work to ensure quality standards are met
· Troubleshoot production issues and maintain an organized work area
· Operate a forklift when needed (if qualified)
Required Qualifications
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Ability to read and understand written instructions
· Previous welding experience or welding education
· Ability to accurately use measuring tools
· Ability to read blueprints
· Strong math skills
· Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
· Ability to stand for 8–10 hours and frequently bend, twist, stoop, walk, and stand
· Preferred Qualifications
· Experience operating MIIC/3RC tube bending equipment
· Forklift experience
· Knowledge of assembly processes, pneumatics, and hydraulics
Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
