Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Part-Time PM Caregiver/ CNA. In this vital role, you will assist with providing personalized patient care, supporting daily living activities, and ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for our clients. Responsibilities
- Assist residents with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
- Provide compassionate support while promoting resident independence.
- Observe and report changes in residents' condition.
- Assist with meals, light housekeeping, and daily activities.
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow care plans.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and respectful environment.
- Follow facility policies, infection control procedures, and resident rights.
- Work collaboratively with the care team to provide quality resident care.
- Medication Administration required.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in assisted living, nursing homes, or home healthcare settings preferred.
- Knowledge of medical terminology, vital signs measurement, catheter care.
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or dementia care is highly valued.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and assist with patient transfers using appropriate techniques.
- Strong caregiving skills with a focus on patient personal care assistance and compassionate communication.
- Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a part-time capacity while maintaining high standards of patient safety and comfort.
