The Project Manager will be responsible for:
- Oversee project management team and manage the day-to day operations
- Ability to make decisions that consider both schedule and budgets
- Manage scope review process
- Negotiate change orders
- manage permit and occupancy with government agencies
- Manage and update budgets
- Conduct regular status meetings with project team
- Deliver projects on time and within company profit targets
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and timelines
- Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and external stakeholders
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards
- Review and approve project plans, drawings, and specifications
- Monitor project performance and prepare regular progress reports
- Manage procurement of materials and services
- Resolve project issues, conflicts, and delays in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate project documentation and records
- Ensure quality control standards are met throughout the project lifecycle
- Support business development efforts, including client presentations and proposals
- Foster strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners
- Track project costs and forecast financial performance
- Lead project closeout processes, including final documentation and client handoff
- Mentor and support project team members to drive performance and development
