Companion Sitter Respite services shall not include any personal or hands-on care, tasks, or treatments outside of the scope of practice deemed safe and permissible by Byrams Homecare and the client's Plan of Care

Companion Sitter Respite care shall be delivered in a caring and respectful manner, per relevant Byrams Homecare policies

Companion Sitter Respite services shall only be assigned to those employees who have demonstrated competency and the necessary to meet the needs of the client

Employees shall be informed of, and understand the extent and limitations of services provided by the Byrams Homecare

Employee works cooperatively with personnel of other community agencies involved in the client's care as directed by the RN Supervisor CSR Supervisor

Employee must show respect and dignity for the client being served

Employee must follow agency policies and procedures

Responsible for maintaining open lines of communication between office staff, clients, and their family
Physical Demands:
Good mental and physical health. Must be able to function smoothly and efficiently under stress
Working Conditions:
Working indoors, in contact with agency staff and clients, and working outdoors in the community to and from the client’s residence
