Personal Injury Presuit Paralegal

The ideal candidate will have prior personal injury pre-suit experience and demonstrate exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. We are seeking someone who is professional, detail-oriented, patient, and capable of managing a high-volume caseload in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage approximately 100–125 pre-suit personal injury cases from inception through settlement
- Draft persuasive settlement demands
- Negotiate with insurance carriers
- Maintain consistent communication with clients regarding case updates
- Negotiate and reduce medical liens and bills
- Assist assigned attorney(s) and legal assistant(s) with all aspects of case management
- Ensure case files are maintained accurately and deadlines are met

Requirements:
- 1+ years of Personal Injury experience preferred
- Excellent client communications skills
- Strong multitasking skills, highly organized, and detail oriented
- Able to excel in a fast-paced work environment, take direction and work with little supervision
- Able to manage a large caseload and comply with deadlines
- Knowledge of State and Federal court statutes, rules, and procedures
- Familiar in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and the ability to become proficient in firm technology programs
- Familiar with legal terminology
- Litify experience is a plus
