Millenium Dental and Central Square is hiring skilled Dental Assistants ready to step into a pivotal role on a collaborative clinical team. This is more than a chairside role — we’re seeking team players who document efficiently, support doctors proactively, and want to build a long-term home in dentistry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Chairside assisting for general and specialty procedures
- Taking high-quality x-rays
- Accurate documentation of existing conditions and procedures
- 3D scanning (iTero or similar) and knowledge of lab workflows preferred
Compensation & Benefits:
- Up to $35/hour based on experience and skills
- Training in advanced workflows and lab processes
- Full-time, 4-day workweek
- Opportunity for Saturdays if desired
- Career track into expanded roles (lab coordination, scanning, digital workflows)
Ideal Candidate:
- Has x-ray certification and 1+ years chairside experience (or equivalent training)
- Experience with digital workflows is a plus
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented practice
