We are seeking an experienced Regional General Manager to lead a major operating region for a private equity-backed, multi-location rental business, with full responsibility for financial and operational performance. In this role, you will oversee multiple locations and be responsible for driving operational performance, revenue growth, customer satisfaction, safety, and financial results across the region. The ideal candidate is a hands-on operator who thrives in fast-paced environments and has a proven ability to lead geographically dispersed teams while improving execution and accountability.

Key Responsibilities
· Lead the overall performance of a multi-location region.
· Own full P&L responsibility, including revenue growth, margin improvement, cost management, and EBITDA performance.
· Develop and execute regional operating plans aligned with company objectives.
· Drive accountability for financial, operational, and customer experience metrics.
· Partner closely with sales leadership to support growth initiatives and customer retention strategies.
· Ensure alignment between commercial commitments and operational execution.
· Oversee logistics, delivery operations, inventory management, customer service, and local market operations
· Establish and maintain operational discipline and process consistency across all locations.
· Monitor key performance indicators and implement corrective actions where necessary.
· Support strategic initiatives, organizational changes, and continuous improvement efforts.
· Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and operational excellence.
· Develop and mentor regional leadership teams and succession pipelines.
· Manage customer escalations and support key account relationships when necessary.
Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
· 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in rental business operations preferred, with additional experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, industrial services, or other multi-site operating environments considered valuable.
· Demonstrated success leading multiple locations with direct P&L ownership.
· Experience leading both operational and commercial teams.
· Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasting, and business performance metrics.
· Proven ability to lead through change and drive organizational improvements.
· Experience working within private equity-owned or high-growth environments preferred.

Pay: $140,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
