Job Summary
We are seeking a Composite Technician I opportunity in Spanish Fork, UT. This 100% onsite role supports aerospace and defense manufacturing by assisting with the fabrication, curing, build-up, finishing, and assembly of composite materials and aircraft components.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with mold preparation, composite lay-up, curing, vacuum bagging, trimming, sanding, routing, drilling, and part finishing.
- Mark, cut, and prepare tape, woven material, honeycomb, adhesives, and related materials using templates, guides, blueprints, and process instructions.
- Assemble aircraft components using structural adhesives, rivets, threaded fasteners, and approved manufacturing methods.
- Prepare and paint composite and metal components, including surface prep, bodywork, contour shaping, sanding, and coating application.
- Check material expiration dates, prepare resin and catalyst mixtures, and maintain required production and quality records.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety procedures, company policies, and manufacturing standards.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay range: $19 to $21 per hour.
- Job type: Contract/Temporary.
- Duration: 6-month contract-to-hire opportunity.
- Location: Spanish Fork, UT.
- Work arrangement: 100% onsite.
- Schedule: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts available.
- Overtime or extended hours may be required.
