We are seeking an HVAC Installer to join our team at Comfort Central, Inc. This position is essential for ensuring that our clients receive top-notch installation services for their residential retrofit heating and cooling systems. Located in Asheville, NC and surrounding areas, you will play a key role in enhancing the comfort of our customers' homes.
As an HVAC Installation Technician at Comfort Central, Inc., you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality HVAC solutions to our clients. This position is essential for ensuring optimal indoor comfort and air quality in residential settings throughout the Asheville area. This is an experienced level position with cross training opportunity for growth in the HVAC industry.
Responsibilities
- Install HVAC systems according to specifications and safety standards.
- Conduct thorough assessments of installation sites to determine optimal system placement.
- Attention to detail and a desire to see the job done right the first time.
- Maintain accurate records of installations and services performed.
- Perform equipment repairs and maintenance as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions and concerns during installations. Friendly, personable, and enjoys making our customer's smile.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HVAC installer or similar role.
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems and components.
- Ability to read schematics and technical documents accurately.
- Familiarity with using tools like ohmmeters and other diagnostic equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
