**About the Job**
We're hiring professional glaziers to join our team for ongoing work. This job is the first project, with additional work to follow for the right people. Work involves buffing and polishing light to medium scratches out of sliding glass doors — no sanding or glass replacement required (units needing sanding-level repair will be flagged separately).
**Responsibilities**
- Buff and polish light to medium scratches out of glass sliding doors using cerium oxide compound and proper buffing technique
- Work efficiently with an assigned helper to complete a target of 2 units per day
- Inspect completed units to confirm scratch removal meets quality standard before sign-off
- Flag any unit with scratches too deep for buff/polish (would require sanding) for replacement instead of attempting repair
- Maintain a clean, safe work area at each unit
**Requirements**
- Minimum 2 years of professional glass glazing / scratch removal experience
- Must supply own tools and buffing equipment
- Comfortable working independently and managing pace to hit daily unit targets
- Reliable transportation to job site
- Professional, respectful conduct in occupied residential units
Pay: Up to $350.00 per day
