Position Overview
We’re seeking a creative, organised, and enthusiastic Social Media & Content Coordinator to manage our social media presence and create engaging content that reflects our luxury brand. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for beauty, wellness, photography, videography, and digital storytelling.
Responsibilities
- Create engaging photo and video content throughout the spa.
- Capture treatment footage, retail products, behind-the-scenes moments, and team content.
- Edit and produce Instagram Reels, TikToks, Stories, and other short-form videos.
- Plan and schedule social media content across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Write engaging captions that align with our brand voice.
- Monitor comments and direct messages and assist with community engagement.
- Stay up to date with social media trends and recommend new content ideas.
- Work closely with the spa team to promote services, events, special offers, and new product launches.
- Monitor basic social media performance and suggest ideas to increase engagement and brand awareness.
Qualifications
Required
- Experience creating content for social media platforms.
- Strong photography and videography skills.
- Experience editing short-form videos using CapCut, Canva, Adobe, or similar software.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Passion for beauty, wellness, skincare, or the spa industry.
Preferred
- Previous experience managing social media for a business.
- Experience in the beauty, aesthetics, hospitality, or wellness industry.
- Knowledge of Meta Business Suite and content scheduling platforms.
