Schedule Requirement
This is a full-time position, and open availability is required.
Candidates must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends.
What You’ll Do
You’ll rotate through different positions to learn all aspects of the shop:
Courtesy Technician
- Greet customers with a smile
- Wash windshields
- Check and adjust tire pressure
Hood Technician
- Inspect and top off vehicle fluids (except brake fluid)
- Add oil based on manufacturer recommendations
Pit Technician
- Drain and replace motor oil
- Change oil filters
- Grease chassis fittings
Service Writer
- Help customers choose the right oil and services
- Process payments
- Deliver a great customer experience
Additional Responsibilities
- Perform coolant exchanges and transmission services
- Assist with opening and closing procedures
- Maintain shop cleanliness (shop, office, restroom)
- Restock and manage inventory
- Occasionally help attract customers outside the store

- 1 year of automotive experience
Physical Requirements
- Lift up to 50 lbs
- Stand, walk, bend, and move for extended periods
- Work in various weather conditions
- Use hands for grasping, pulling, turning
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting pay: $11.00/hour
