BDC / Call Center Consultant

Kelly Ford is currently seeking an BDC / Call Center Consultant with experience setting appointments, preferably with Auto Industry/BDC experience, to join our high-volume Business Development Center team. In this position you will answer incoming calls, reply to internet leads, and contact previous owners with the objective of making appointments for the sales team and working with service customers.
Requirements for BDC / Call Center Consultant:
- 1 or more years of experience making outbound calls and setting appointments REQUIRED!
- Bilingual English/Spanish a PLUS!
- Previous Auto Industry/BDC experience preferred but not required.
- Strong Computer and Social Networking skills
- Effective communication and people skills
- Excellent phone skills
- Professional demeanor and appearance with business casual attire
Benefits Offered for BDC / Call Center Consultant:
- The annual expected income range is $40,000 to $55,000 commensurate with experience and performance
- Base Salary of $600 PLUS weekly and monthly bonus opportunities with no cap
