Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

In this position, you'll provide direct therapeutic services to students with a variety of eligibilities and needs, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to foster student growth and achievement. With a 30-hour workweek, you’ll maintain a healthy work-life balance while building valuable experience in school-based occupational therapy.
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Current and valid licensure as an Occupational Therapist
- Previous experience with pediatric and school-aged populations preferred
- Comfort delivering occupational therapy in various settings, including school and home health environments
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to engage with educators, families, and other service providers
- Flexibility adapting to different caseloads and school site requirements
- Must be available to work on-site throughout the contract period
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and evaluate students’ physical, sensory, and motor skill development to inform therapeutic interventions
- Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy services as specified in students’ IEPs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, collaborating with education teams to promote access to learning
- Document progress and maintain accurate therapy records in compliance with district and state guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and serve as a resource for teachers and families on strategies to boost student independence
This assignment begins August 5, 2026 and continues through June 4, 2027, with flexibility in interview scheduling and a supportive panel interview process.
