Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Printer Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating various printing equipment, ensuring high-quality output, and maintaining efficient production workflows. Duties
- Operate and monitor printing equipment.
- Manage preprinting processes, including color management and proofing, to ensure color accuracy and consistency across print runs.
- Conduct quality control checks throughout the production process to identify and correct issues related to print quality or machine performance.
- Perform routine maintenance on printing machinery and troubleshoot technical problems promptly to minimize downtime.
- Assist with material handling using forklifts or other equipment as needed for efficient workflow.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment adhering to safety standards.
Experience
- Proven experience in screen or inline printing, flexo press operation, or related manufacturing environments preferred.
- Familiarity with prepress processes, color management techniques, and layout design principles.
- Knowledge of CNC machining, typography, print advertising production, and quality control procedures is a plus.
- Experience working with machinery such as CNC equipment or machining tools is advantageous.
- This role requires a dedicated professional capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per year
