We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Packer to join our dynamic warehouse team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for efficiently preparing products for shipment, ensuring accuracy in order fulfillment, and maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
Fluent Chinese and fine English required.
Responsibilities
- Carefully pack products according to order specifications, using appropriate packaging materials to prevent damage during transit
- Operate various warehouse equipment including pallet jacks, forklifts, reach trucks, and heavy machinery following safety protocols
- Utilize barcode scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to accurately pick, pack, and verify orders
- Load and unload shipments efficiently using manual handling techniques and heavy equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure all items are correctly packed, labeled, and meet company standards
- Maintain accurate inventory records through regular stock counts and updates within inventory management systems
- Follow safety procedures diligently, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE), to ensure a safe working environment for all team members
Requirements
- Chinese speaker.
- Patient enough.
- Proficiency in operating warehouse equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners.
- Strong understanding of order picking, packing, shipping & receiving processes, and inventory management systems
- Ability to perform manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting and repetitive motions safely.
- Knowledge of barcode scanning technology for logistics accuracy and efficiency.
- Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying shipments accurately.
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality control and safety compliance.
