Employnet is seeking dependable and detail-oriented
Assemblers to join our manufacturing team. The Assembler will be responsible for assembling HVAC and mechanical components, following production instructions, inspecting finished products, and maintaining quality and safety standards throughout the manufacturing process.
Responsibilities
Assemble HVAC and mechanical components according to work instructions, blueprints, and specifications.
Use hand tools, power tools, and various assembly equipment safely and efficiently.
Install, connect, and secure components to produce finished products.
Inspect completed assemblies for quality, accuracy, and proper operation.
Perform basic testing and troubleshooting of assembled components.
Identify defective or damaged parts and report quality concerns to leadership.
Complete production paperwork and maintain accurate records.
Follow all company safety, quality, and production procedures.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Meet daily production and performance goals while maintaining quality standards.
Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to ensure production requirements are met.
Qualifications
Previous manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, or production experience preferred.
Minium of 2-year experience
Ability to use basic hand and power tools.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
Good attendance and reliability.
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
Ability to lift and move materials as required.
Commitment to workplace safety and product quality.
