Position Summary
The BCBA will provide behavioral assessment, treatment planning, supervision, and consultation services for children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental or behavioral challenges. The ideal candidate is committed to evidence-based practices, family-centered care, and mentoring clinical staff.
Responsibilities
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skills assessments.
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
- Analyze data and adjust treatment plans to ensure optimal client progress.
- Provide parent and caregiver training to support skill acquisition and behavior reduction goals.
- Collaborate with families, healthcare providers, educators, and multidisciplinary team members.
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with ethical and regulatory standards.
- Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and ongoing professional development.
Qualifications
- Current certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Active state licensure.
- Experience working with children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
