OSN is a high volume, low-cost spay and neuter veterinary facility, with wellness appointments and a walk-in vaccine clinic that serves the Inland Empire and beyond helping financially challenged clients provide excellent care for their pets. OSN is open 5 days a week currently, Tuesday - Sundays , shifts range from 7 am to 5:30pm and a weekend shift is a must. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus but not required.
We are seeking a part or full time Veterinary Client Service Representative to join our team! Duties include answering phones for a high call volume, checking in surgery patients and doctor appointments, handling payments, filling prescriptions, administering vaccines. A minimum experience of one to two years working as a Client Service Representative and proficiency with computers and comfortable collecting payments and handling monies. We are looking for applicants with a pleasant and cheerful demeanor, patience, good work ethic and a focus on teamwork. Must be able to take direction for other team members and be willing to learn new skills
