A Legacy Care CNA's primary role is to provide care to patients, as well as assist them in daily activities they might have trouble with on their own, such as bathing. Because of the personal nature of the job, the ideal CNA must possess people skills and the ability to be compassionate and take joy in helping others.

Minimum 6 months' experience as a CNA

Caring, compassionate and responsible demeanor

Effective communication skills and ability to interact and build relationships with clients, clients' families, other healthcare professionals and office staff

Must possess a current CPR certification
Additional qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years of age and able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening; must possess proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.; must possess a valid driver's license, car insurance and reliable transportation; must possess a high school diploma, GED or transcript; must be able to provide professional references.
