Maintenance Engineer

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled, service-oriented Maintenance Engineer to help maintain an exceptional portfolio of luxury private residences across Park City, Deer Valley, and Alta. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in craftsmanship, responds with urgency, and understands that behind every unforgettable guest experience is a home that functions flawlessly.
As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for the preventive maintenance, repair, and presentation of high-end mountain homes, ensuring each residence meets the highest standards before every arrival. Working closely with our Operations, and Guest Services teams, you will help deliver the seamless experience our owners and guests expect.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventative maintenance and routine inspections of luxury residences.
- Diagnose and repair BASIC plumbing and electrical, carpentry, troubleshooting appliances and drywall.
- Prepare homes for guest arrivals by ensuring every system is fully operational and presentation standards are met.
- Coordinate with specialty contractors and vendors when outside expertise is required.
- Perform seasonal property maintenance, including winterization and snow-related work.
- Maintain hot tubs, fireplaces, smart home technology, audiovisual systems, and other luxury home amenities.
- Document completed work, inspections, and maintenance activities using company software.
- Monitor inventory of maintenance supplies and recommend replacement equipment as needed.
- Participate in an on-call rotation to respond to after-hours maintenance emergencies.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of residential, hospitality, facilities, or luxury property maintenance experience.
- Experience maintaining luxury homes or boutique hospitality properties preferred.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex maintenance issues independently.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions and lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
