Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) to join our specialised team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating behaviour intervention plans to support individuals with behavioural challenges. Duties
- Design and oversee customised behaviour intervention programmes based on thorough assessments.
- Lead and supervise behaviour technicians, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure effective implementation of care plans.
- Conduct functional behaviour assessments (FBAs) to identify underlying causes of behavioural issues.
- Analyse data meticulously to monitor progress and adjust interventions accordingly.
- Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistency across settings.
- Provide training and support to staff and families on behaviour management strategies.
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with organisational policies and professional standards.
- Stay informed about current research and best practices in behaviour analysis to continuously improve service quality.
Qualifications
- recognised Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) certification from the Behaviour Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
- Proven experience in developing and managing behaviour intervention programmes.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
- Strong IT skills for data collection, analysis, and report writing.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience supervising or mentoring staff members.
- Ability to create comprehensive care plans tailored to individual needs.

Pay: $70.00 - $80.00 per hour
