Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Social Media Intern to help scale our digital presence. You will work closely with our marketing and technical teams to translate complex cloud, ERP customization, and AI service offerings into compelling social content that resonates with business leaders, CFOs, and tech innovators.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate complex tech topics (NetSuite solutions, AI implementations) into accessible, engaging formats like infographics, short-form videos, and carousel posts.
- Assist in writing and scheduling engaging posts across LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and Instagram.
- Monitor industry trends related to AI and enterprise software to keep our content timely and relevant.
- Maintain and update weekly/monthly social media content calendars.
- Assist the marketing team in launching B2B lead generation and brand awareness campaigns.
- Engage with the professional online community, respond to inquiries, and build relationships with industry peers.
- Track and compile monthly metrics (e.g., reach, engagement rates, follower growth) using analytics tools.
- Gather insights from top-performing posts to help refine future digital marketing strategies.
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
